IT Academy GeneralIf you are aged 16 – 24 years old and are seeking an entry into employment, our Academy Centres provide learners with a unique opportunity to accelerate through their Academy learning by studying at one of our training facilities.

The Apprenticeships provided by Future Strategies Consulting Ltd (FSC) are fantastic opportunities for anyone who is interested in earning as they learn. FSC’s Apprenticeships combine the opportunity to gain qualifications whilst enhancing skills and knowledge in the workplace, making them ideal for learners who are starting out in their career.

The entry requirements for starting an Apprenticeship are flexible. Apprenticeships are about learning practical skills and experience and not about academic ability.

In general anyone wanting to start an Apprenticeship should be:

  • Keen to learn new skills.
  • Able to work as part as a team.
  • Able to work on your own initiative.
  • Aware of the commitment needed and the amount of work that will be required.
  • Aware of your chosen career and what’s involved.

To study at FSC’s Apprenticeship Academy you must be:

  • 16-24 years old.
  • Living in England.
  • Not in full time education.
  • Not in full time employment.

To ensure that learners are suitable for FSC’s Apprenticeship Academy a pre-selection interview will be required.

What Apprenticeships are available?

FSC can provide the young person with the following Apprenticeship programmes:

Health and Social Care

Designed to cover a wide range of roles in the public, private and voluntary Health and Social Care sector which includes Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Home Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, and Support Services.

Business and Administration

Designed to cover a wide range of office-based roles within private, public, and non-profit sectors which includes Personal Assistants, Secretaries, Administration Assistants, Data Entry Clerks and Office Juniors.

Customer Service

Designed to cover a wide range of customer facing roles within private, public, and non-profit sectors which includes Customer Service Agents, Customer Service Officers, Customer Relations Officers, Retail Assistant.

Retail

Designed to cover retail work in a wide range of businesses which includes Sales Assistants, Customer Service Assistants, Stockroom Assistant, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Visual Merchandisers, and Counter Assistants.
