This programme is designed to raise awareness of the background to the ‘Every Child Matters Change for Children’ initiative following the inquiry into the tragic death of Victoria Climbie which revealed a shameful failure of our ability to protect the most vulnerable in society. It raises awareness of the five outcomes for children and how these should be applied in practice.
