What is FSC’s Diploma?

A Diploma with Future Strategies Consulting Ltd (FSC) is an exciting initiative that allows employers to create a uniquely bespoke approach towards their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) policy.

Using our extensive range of over 300 modules, we can develop a series of Diplomas built around meeting the needs of your business and your employees. Diplomas can be developed in any subject area, whether it is Customer Service, Personal Development, Management or Health and Social Care, and can be aimed at any level whether it is a new employee completing their induction or a long serving employee developing their core skills.

Starting on the Diploma programme, your employees will begin building up their portfolio of knowledge evidence which can be used to support their progression onto NVQ, Apprenticeship or continuous learning.

With this in mind, FSC’s Diplomas provide your employees with a focused route through their learning and development, continuous progression and lifelong learning.

How Does it work?

Building a Diploma for your business couldn’t be easier. By working with FCS’s Diploma specialists we will be able to identify the core learning and development areas within your business. Then, using our extensive range of over 300 modules, we will be able to create a Diploma or series of Diplomas that meet your needs and provide your employees with a focused route for their personal development.

Having access to such a large range of materials means that you can choose to create as many Diplomas as your business needs.

Each Diploma is made up of twelve modules, at least four of which are delivered by FSC’s specialist trainers and must be completed to gain full accreditation. During the delivery of these four modules, FSC’s learners are also provided with support to develop their literacy or numeracy ability.

The remaining eight modules are designed to be flexible and can be used in a variety of ways:

  • As a self-study pack, with verbal and written comment and feedback on the activities being provided by in-house facilitators.
  • As part of facilitated sessions or study groups.
  • As one-to-one sessions as part of coaching or supervision.
  • Once all 12 modules have been completed, the learner achieves their Diploma and can then progress on to the next one.
